Walking alongside you through three 60-minute sessions, and drawing on my 10+ years in behavioral health, I’ll gently guide you through the process of creating the shifts your soul has already shown you are possible—and ready to exist in your life.

Each session will include:

  • identifying the intuitive data most pertinent for you to integrate

  • exploring the visual and visceral sensation of what this life path feels like

  • recognizing clear guide-posts, indicating alignment

  • creating action steps (with optional accountability) for you to practice embodying new patterns of consciousness between sessions

This is soul-workgrounded in the 3D, implementing higher vibrational shifts into your human experience.
