What is Coaching?

Coaching is the opposite of therapy. Instead of focusing on the past and things outside of your control, coaching is action oriented and future focused.

How will we spend our time together?

We will identifying a goals by evaluating where you are not operating optimally. I will then guide you to your own solutions and action steps you will complete before our next meeting.

Sessions are discounted for a limited time as I complete my National Board Health and Wellness Certification requirements.
